Tournament Info
Everything you need to know to bring a team to the Shada 3-on-3.
When & Where
The tournament runs over an early-June weekend in Pelican Rapids, MN. Games take place across three venues:
Legends Gym
4 courts (A–D). Pelican Rapids High School.
Leaders Gym
4 courts (E–H). Pelican Rapids High School.
Elementary School
4 courts (J–M). Pelican Rapids Elementary.
Schedule Structure
- Elementary divisions (3rd–6th grade) — Thursday & Friday
- Junior High through Post-High School — Saturday & Sunday (some Saturday-only)
- Daily window: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Divisions
Roughly 20 divisions each year, organized by grade, gender, and experience level:
- Grades 3–6 Boys & Girls
- Grades 7–12 Boys & Girls (Junior High, JV, Varsity tiers)
- Post-High School Men & Women
- College
- Men's brackets by age group (Men's 30+, 40+, etc.)

Roster & Eligibility
- 3 to 4 players per team.
- Grade-based divisions use the player's grade as of the current school year.
- Age-based divisions use age as of June 1 of the tournament year.
- All players must complete a waiver. Players under 18 require a parent/guardian acknowledgment.
Pricing
Early Bird
Elementary: $68 per team
Upper Divisions: $88 per team
Available until the early bird deadline.
Regular
Elementary: $76 per team
Upper Divisions: $96 per team
After early bird deadline.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except in the case of division cancellation.
